Legal Practice of Gary L. Stuart

Gary L. Stuart, P.C. is an Arizona Professional Corporation.  It’s just me. No associates or staff. I practice part-time, but I think about advocacy, ethics, and books full-time. I give advice and legal representation to clients faced with ethical dilemmas, professional responsibility disputes or disciplinary action by courts or licensing agencies. And I take expert witness retentions on ethics, legal malpractice, coerced confessions and some parts of medical licensure. I teach ethics, legal writing, and appellate advocacy at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. My staff position at Arizona State University is Senior Policy Advisor to the Office of the Dean. As more fully described in the biographical section of this WebSite, I am a former senior partner of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. I am available during the fall and spring semesters to negotiate, mediate, or arbitrate cases or disputes within my area of expertise.
